(30 Oct 25) Recently, I had the joy of sharing mindfulness with youth leaders, volunteers, and the community at Republic Polytechnic’s Wellness Fiesta.
In each space, I witnessed how simple pauses can open hearts — how stillness connects us beyond words. I’m deeply grateful for these moments of learning, kindness, and quiet courage.
I’ll keep tending to this practice, so I may grow and serve with greater care and compassion.
