Meet Linda - The Heart Behind the Meadow
Welcome. I am so glad you are here.
Perhaps you found your way to this space because your mind feels a little crowded, or the pace of life has felt a bit too heavy lately. If so, take a gentle breath, drop your shoulders, and know that you are safe here.
I believe that within each of us lies a quiet, steady sanctuary—a place of inner calm that the busyness of the world cannot touch. My work is simply to help you rediscover it. Whether you are seeking a moment of pause in a demanding career, searching for tools to navigate a difficult season, or looking out for a young person who needs a safe space to grow, you do not have to journey alone. Let us slow down, notice the present moment, and begin exactly where you are.
My path hasn’t always been quiet. Through my years in education and my career in international banking, I have faced demanding workplaces and deep personal struggles at home—times when everything felt overwhelming and I didn’t know how I’d find my way through.
Mindfulness found me when I needed it most, and it changed everything. It gave me the tools to weather the storms and find peace within myself. Today, I am stronger and deeply committed to sharing these practices with others walking their own difficult paths. I know what it’s like to struggle, and I know how powerful it is when someone offers genuine compassion and understanding.
Because I value the integrity of this work, my personal practice is supported by rigorous, dedicated professional training. I have completed the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L) Teacher Training through the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (and am listed on the OMF Directory) alongside the SEEDS Teacher Training.
To ensure my sessions are engaging, structured, and impactful for adult learners, I am also an ACLP-certified facilitator. Together, these pathways allow me to offer evidence-based, compassionate practices with professional depth and care.
My philosophy is simple: inspire growth through creativity, clarity, and compassion. I believe in the gentle power of journeying inward so we can grow forward—by creating the right conditions for natural, authentic transformation.
As an author and experience designer, I work with individuals, organizations, and especially young people, designing mindfulness experiences that feel safe, welcoming, and real.
My heart is particularly drawn to youth navigating challenges or searching for their place. Having spent years in higher education, I understand the unique pressures they face. Through gentle workshops, courses, and thoughtful conversations, I create spaces where self-awareness, emotional strength, and inner calm can blossom naturally.
Wherever you are on your path, I am honored to walk a part of this journey with you.
My Guiding Principles
Compassion & Non-Judgment
Everyone deserves kindness, not judgment. You'll be honored exactly where you are - your pace, your story, your truth. No pressure, no expectations - just genuine care for your journey.Â
Safe & Sacred Spaces
Real transformation happens when we feel safe to be vulnerable and authentic. These spaces are protected, respectful, and held with care - where you can truly be yourself.Â
Authentic Connection
What you get is genuine presence, honest care, and a real human walking alongside you. No pretense, no performance - just authentic connection and integrity.Â
Inclusive & Practical
No matter who you are or where you come from, there's a place for you here. Mindfulness isn't just theory - it's grounded in real life, accessible to all, and designed to help with the actual challenges you're facing.Â
This is who I am, and this is what I'm here to offer. Journey inward, grow forward - together. I'd love to hear from you - Let's Connect.
🌷 May you discover that you already have everything you need within you - and may you feel less alone on this path.  🌷
