Welcome to our shared spaces. Whether you are stepping in for a brief moment of quiet or lingering a while longer in a deep workshop, these gatherings are simple invitations to step out of the rush, look inward, and rest in presence.
Here, we gather to plant and nourish the seeds of mindfulness—gentle intentions of awareness, kindness, and peace that can quietly blossom in our daily lives. Within these pages, you will find our community circles held in partnership with the National Library Board: our "Cultivate" Series for adults and seniors seeking daily balance, and our "Nurture" Series for parents and children to share a soft language of the heart. Alongside these sit our quiet online resets and deeper immersions to help you tend to your practice.

The "Cultivate" Series is a collection of gentle mindfulness workshops designed and specially curated by Tulip Meadows for the National Library Board (NLB) to support the well-being of seniors, retirees, and adults. Developed in response to the warm reception of the initial session, these subsequent standalone workshops offer a welcoming space to slow down, explore mindful presence, and discover simple, practical tools to nurture inner balance and peace in daily life.

By the end of this 1.5-hour workshop, you will:

Mindful Connections - Noticing Together - Parent & Child
In the midst of the fast-moving school years, finding a quiet moment to simply be together can feel like a rare gift.
As our children grow, the world around them naturally speeds up with schedules, routines, and daily demands. We warmly invite you and your child (ages 6 and up) to step away from the rush and join us for Mindful Connections: Noticing Together at library@harbourfront.
This complimentary 45-minute experiential discovery session is gently crafted to help families anchor themselves in the present. Through soft movement, deep breaths, and shared activities, we will explore simple, practical ways to bring calm and focus back into daily life.
It is a dual journey—offering a supportive space to strengthen your bond, alongside dedicated moments for both parents and kids to check in with themselves and grow individually. Come take a gentle pause with us, and notice the beauty in the present moment.

It’s so easy to let the rush of a "full cup" turn us into ghosts in our own lives—physically there, but mentally racing through a to-do list while our loved ones wait for us to return.
Join us for The Art of Presence: One Moment, One Story, a gentle, secular mindfulness reset. Guided by the founder of Tulip Meadows LLP (a trained teacher listed with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation), this session is an invitation to balance passion with compassion, clear the mental fog, and find a patient path back to yourself.
No prior mindfulness experience needed—just a heart ready for a quiet pause.
